Ingredients

  • Bulgur, cooked according to package instructions - 3 cups

  • Roasted Red Peppers, sliced - 1/2 cup

  • Pepperoncini's, sliced - 1/2 cup

  • Cucumbers, diced - 1/2 cup

  • Kalamata Olives - 1/2 cup

  • Garbanzo Beans - 1/2 cup

  • Spinach, chopped - 1 cup

  • Feta cheese, crumbled - 1/2 cup

  • Oleavia Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/2 cup

  • Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup

  • Salt and Pepper - To taste

Preparation

Step 1


Mix salad ingredients and drizzle with Oleavia extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
