Bulgur, cooked according to package instructions - 3 cups
Roasted Red Peppers, sliced - 1/2 cup
Pepperoncini's, sliced - 1/2 cup
Cucumbers, diced - 1/2 cup
Kalamata Olives - 1/2 cup
Garbanzo Beans - 1/2 cup
Spinach, chopped - 1 cup
Feta cheese, crumbled - 1/2 cup
Oleavia Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice - 1/4 cup
Salt and Pepper - To taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix salad ingredients and drizzle with Oleavia extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
