Onion, medium - 1/4
Green Bell Pepper - 1/2
Parsley - 2 T
Lemon Juice - 2 T
Tomato Paste - 1 t
Oleavia Red Hot Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 T
Dried Mint - 1 t
Red Pepper Flakes - 1 t
Salt - To Taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until chopped but not pureed. Adjust salt as needed. Serve with crusty bread, as a sauce, or on a sandwich.
