Ingredients

  • Tomatoes, medium - 2

  • Onion, medium - 1/4

  • Green Bell Pepper - 1/2

  • Parsley - 2 T

  • Lemon Juice - 2 T

  • Tomato Paste - 1 t

  • Oleavia Red Hot Pepper Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 3 T

  • Dried Mint - 1 t

  • Red Pepper Flakes - 1 t

  • Salt - To Taste

Preparation

Step 1


Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until chopped but not pureed. Adjust salt as needed. Serve with crusty bread, as a sauce, or on a sandwich.
