Every harvest, we follow the same meticulous process, aiming for nothing less than quality.

  • First Cold Pressed: We use the first cold press method to extract our olive oil, preserving its natural goodness.

  • Dark Glass Bottles: Oleavia is only bottled in dark glass bottles to protect against light and preserve freshness. 

  • Bio Cap: Oleavia uses unique caps in every bottle to minimize oxidation, preserving freshness and maintaining high levels of healthy antioxidants while using.

Fused NOT Infused

Minimizing oxidation is crucial for maintaining the polyphenol levels, taste, and overall quality of extra virgin olive oil.

Why We Don't Recommend Infusing Methods

Infusing involves soaking herbs into olive oil after it's made. During this process, the olive oil will oxidize, leading to a loss of its health benefits. Additionally, the herb's flavor can overpower the delicate taste of the olive oil.

Why We Fuse Instead

At Oleavia, we use a different approach: we fuse. This means we crush fresh herbs with the olives during the first cold-press. By doing so, we preserve the health benefits of the extra virgin olive oil and achieve a balanced flavor between the herb and the EVOO. When you taste any fused Oleavia extra virgin olive oil, you'll taste the EVOO first, followed by a fresh hint of the herb.
