Made the way it should be
Our olives are harvested early, gently collected on soft nets, and carefully sorted by hand to remove any damaged or bruised olives. They're cold-pressed within hours in a closed system, at carefully controlled temperatures to help preserve their natural qualities.
After pressing, we store our olive oil in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to limit exposure to oxygen, then bottle it at the source in dark glass. From the grove to the bottle, every decision is made with care, so we can bring you olive oil that stays true to its natural freshness, flavor, and character.

Can I skip, swap or cancel?
Always, and there's no minimum commitment. Tap Manage my subscription, enter the email you subscribed with, and use the one-time code we send you. From there you can skip a delivery, swap bottles, change your rhythm, pause or cancel.
How does the 15% member pricing work?
Your first four deliveries are 10% off. From your fifth delivery on, your discount rises to 15% automatically, and stays there for as long as you're subscribed.
How often should I choose?
Most households cooking daily with olive oil enjoy a 500mL bottle in about a month. If you use it a few times a week, every two months is a lovely rhythm. You can change it anytime.
When will I be charged?
Your first delivery is charged today at checkout. Each following delivery is charged on its scheduled date, at your member price.
Can I subscribe to more than one bottle?
Of course, mix and match as many bottles as you like, two of the same or several different ones. Many of our members pair a signature EVOO with a Fused oil, and pomegranate paste on rotation. Everything you choose together arrives together, on the rhythm you pick.
