Welcome to Coccinella. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Midwest Sustainable Green Energy Inc. d/b/a Coccinella (“Coccinella”). Coccinella operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We curate premium Extra Virgin Olive Oils with high polyphenol content, artisanal pantry products such as seasonings and pomegranate paste under our Oleavia brand, and premium textiles under our Aegean Breeze Textiles line.

Studies show that high-polyphenol Extra Virgin Olive Oils can be part of a healthy lifestyle when used regularly. However, our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and that you consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.

When using our Services, including making a purchase, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all rights necessary to provide this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person. Please ensure your contact and shipping details remain up to date, as we are not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to present our products accurately. However, variations in device settings and displays may cause colors or textures to appear differently. Small-batch and artisanal production methods may result in natural variations in weave, shade, and harvest notes.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match exactly as depicted online. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Food & Safety Notice: Store all food products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not consume any item if packaging is compromised. Always review ingredient information and discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. While Extra Virgin Olive Oil can contribute to a healthy lifestyle, our products are not intended to treat or prevent medical conditions.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Coccinella reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until we process your payment and confirm acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellations after processing.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number you provided. Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through our retail website are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export. If we reasonably believe that a purchase is made for unauthorized resale or export, we may cancel such orders, refuse future transactions, and pursue appropriate legal remedies.

We may contact you to correct address or payment issues. Orders returned or requiring reshipment due to incorrect information may incur additional shipping charges.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will appear in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, and handling.

Promotional codes are single-use, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash. Promotions may have separate terms that supersede these Terms in case of conflict.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all transactions. You represent and warrant that (i) your payment method is valid and authorized, (ii) charges will be honored, and (iii) you will pay all amounts due, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.50, and orders of $75 or more (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping. For international requests, please contact us at info@coccinellastore.com, and we will try to assist on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. We always try to ship using the fastest ground option available (not air). If you need expedited or air shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Orders placed over the weekend may be processed and shipped during that weekend, but this is not guaranteed. We normally operate and finalize shipments on business days only.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Damage or Shortage Claims: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your items are damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@coccinellastore.com, including your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND GIFT CARDS

Textiles (Aegean Breeze): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags and packaging. Please request return authorization before shipping the item back. Unless defective or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, we inspect the product. If we find damage, wear, or washing not consistent with the claim, we may adjust or decline the refund. We aim to handle each case fairly and transparently.

Food Products (Oleavia Oils, Seasonings, Pomegranate Paste): Food products (like olive oil) are final sale for safety reasons, unless damaged during shipping. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable for the recipient. The recipient may not request a refund or cash redemption. If you are the original purchaser and need assistance, please contact us at info@coccinellastore.com — while refunds are not guaranteed, we will do our best to help in special circumstances.

Final Sale: Gift cards, personalized items, and discounted sale items are final sale unless required otherwise by law.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.

SECTION 7 – LOCAL PICKUP

We will notify you by email when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. You may authorize a third party to pick up your order by notifying us in advance via email.

Please collect your order within 30 days of receiving your “ready for pickup” notification. Due to limited storage capacity, we cannot hold orders indefinitely. Orders not collected within this timeframe will not be refunded. If this occurs more than once, we reserve the right to decline future pickup orders to ensure space availability for other customers.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within our Services, including text, images, recipes, graphics, product descriptions, video, and audio, is owned by Coccinella, its affiliates, or licensors and protected under U.S. and international laws.

You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, or publicly display any materials without our written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Coccinella’s names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Coccinella. You may not use them without written permission. Shopify and other brands mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may access tools offered by third parties through our Services. We do not control or monitor these tools and provide them “as is” without warranties. Use is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms.

SECTION 11 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Coccinella is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Coccinella. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Coccinella. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to your transactions with Coccinella.

All personal information collected through our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain information is also subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to these privacy terms.

SECTION 23 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.

You can review the most current version of these Terms at any time on this page. We may update these Terms at our discretion. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 26 – FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, transportation delays, or supply chain interruptions.
