Refund policy

Textiles (Aegean Breeze): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition with tags and packaging. Please request return authorization before shipping the item back. Unless defective or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, we inspect the product. If we find damage, wear, or washing not consistent with the claim, we may adjust or decline the refund. We aim to handle each case fairly and transparently.

Food Products (Oleavia Oils, Seasonings, Pomegranate Paste): Food products (like olive oil) are final sale for safety reasons, unless damaged during shipping. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable for the recipient. The recipient may not request a refund or cash redemption.
