South Aegean Special Edition is crafted by blending olive oils from three distinct single-estate farms; two featuring Memecik olives and one with Ayvalik olives. In each estate, olives are early-harvested, hand-picked, and cold-pressed within hours to preserve their exceptional polyphenol content and health benefits.
Once pressed, the olive oils are stored in stainless steel tanks with a nitrogen layer to minimize oxidation. Utilizing advanced technology, the three oils are blended through connected piping into a separate tank, ensuring minimal exposure to air during the process.
This thoughtful and precise method maintains the integrity and health benefits of the varieties, resulting in our signature South Aegean Special - a harmonious special with uncompromising quality and flavor.
